Do this in order

  1. Ask for the factory's Chinese legal name, Chinese address, local contact and nearest high-speed rail station—not just a map pin.

  2. Write three meeting outcomes in advance: what you must verify, what you can negotiate and what needs written evidence.

  3. Leave realistic travel buffers between cities, industrial zones and stations; a nearby-looking supplier may still be far by road.

  4. Photograph agreed samples and packaging references, then send a same-day bilingual summary with owners and deadlines.
